In many cases yes we can, but the value you receive for the items will correspond to the condition or completeness of the items.

In many cases, yes. We can often repair these machines or use them for parts to fix other machines we have, so they often have some value even if not in perfect working condition.

You can always call us before you bring your items in to check with us but these are some of the items we typically do NOT buy:

  • Matchbox, and most diecast vehicles
  • Fast Food Toys (with the exception of Burger King Pokeballs)
  • Beanie Babies
  • Duplo Blocks
  • Baby/Infant/Toddler toys

Your items value is determined by current market pricing and overall condition of your item. For toys still in the package we look at the condition of the packaging. For loose items we not only look at condition of item, but also if they have all the pieces they originally came with. For loose items that do have accessories, you will receive more for your items if they are organized and together with their appropriate accessories. You will receive less for a tub/box of figures with all the accessories just thrown in and laying about at the bottom of the bin/box, because then we have to spend time putting all the pieces together with the appropriate toy. For video games, we look at condition of the disc or cartridge first, then the packaging, jewel cases, etc. to determine the value.

All sales are final on all purchases (except for Video Games, Systems, and Accessories)

No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure you ask any questions you may have about an item before purchasing. Many of our items are 10 years old or more and are often quite fragile. Items may break easily if not handled properly.

We make no guarantees that sealed toys are in perfect working condition with no factory defects should you decide to open them. There is no way to know for sure the item’s condition in an unopened package and the manufacturer’s warranty has long since expired on most of the items we sell.

Video games, Systems, and Accessories- We guarantee all these items for 7 days. If you have any issues with these items within 7 calendar days, you may return the item for an exchange of similar item. You must bring your receipt with you at time of return. We do not issue store credits; exchanges must be made at the time of the return. For some more expensive items, we may place warranty seals with serial numbers over the screw holes to deter people from switching out boards from video games and systems. In these cases, the item being returned must have the warranty seals fully intact with no apparent signs of tampering or the exchange will be denied.
